Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze how strengthening the role of women in Da'wah management can create an inclusive space for participation and leadership in Majlis Ta'lim Al-Mubarokah located in Karang Sari Village, South Kalimantan Province. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. This research involved 5 (Five) elements of participants ranging from religious leaders, community leaders, majlis administrators, majlis members, and the surrounding community who understand the strategy and impact of Majlis Ta'lim Al-mubarokah. The results showed that Majlis Ta'lim Al-mubarokah's strategy is not only a solution in strengthening women's religion but can make a community a place to spread Islam. With the programs carried out by Majlis Ta'lim Al-mubarokah, it is hoped that women in Karang Sari Village will achieve positive changes that are better in terms of their religion.
