The ability to think critically is one of the benchmarks for student quality education, this ability can be developed through problem-based learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of Problem-Based Learning to improve critical thinking skills. The research was conducted in a class majoring This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of literature review. The results of this study show that Problem-Based Learning can improve critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills in students at Islamic educational institutions.
