In social life, humans sometimes encounter disputes and conflicts. When a conflict occurs, there needs to be a solution to resolve it, such as mediation or deliberation. To deal with a conflict in the family, such as in this li'an case, an example is needed by the Prophet Muhammad in resolving the matter. Because many people resolve a conflict using force, even though this is never recommended, even the Prophet used mediation to resolve a conflict, as the Prophet did in this li'an case. This research aims to find out what family disputes are and how to mediate conflicts in li'an cases and to find out the takhrij hadith related to li'an cases. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this research are that dispute and conflict have the same meaning, namely related to disputes or differences of opinion between 2 or more people. Disputes in the family are also called nuzyus, where disputes or disputes occur between husband and wife. One of them is where a husband accuses his wife of adultery without any evidence. So to resolve this matter, Rasulullah explained in a history narrated by Imam Bukhari by mediating between both parties and deciding the outcome.
