Describe the planning, implementation, describe what obstacles are faced in strengthening and describe how solutions to overcome obstacles in implementation. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model analysis: data reduction, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. Solutions to problem-solving, namely by motivating students, providing good facilities (infrastructure), updates and additions to the collection of books in the library and reading classrooms, and innovating new programs to improve student's literacy skills. The obstacles are: the motivation to read by some students is still low, the lack of a collection of books, infrastructure that is not optimal, and lack of literacy programs. Strengthening the character to read; strengthening curiosity character; planning, implementation, and evaluation of school literacy movement.
